It is that you are the sun in my day and the moon of my night

And yet it is fear in your eyes and held breathe around your heart

Take of me, take my love, take of me my word

My very breathe is yours to plunder

Take of me all that I have that I may be rich with you

I pick you up when you fall and heal your wounds

I seek our what you need and help you find even your wants

And yet even when you say you love me you turn away

Take all I have I give it willingly, take everything I have

I offer it all up to you gladly with joy in my heart

Take my hearth and breathe that I gain it all with you

I stand at your side, take your enemies as my own

I honour you and tell no lies that you may have peace

And yet every voice on the wind changes your course

Take my very soul I cry, take it all

Take my life and love and the liberty I offer
